The Washington II features all of the same great things our families love about The Washington I, but with many of the custom modifications added in for a total of 3,629 square feet of living space. In addition to the great qualities of The Washington I, The Washington II adds a third full bath upstairs, a beautiful morning room to the main level, and extends the study room and family room. Tapping into the space above the garage adds the livable space needed for a second-level laundry room and a spacious walk-in closet.

The Lauren – 2,950 square feet

This 2,950 square foot custom home floor plan is a customer favorite. The Lauren boasts a two-story family room and foyer for a big impression in a smaller-sized space. The size is just right for many homeowners, but can easily be modified through adding a morning room, family room extension, or in-law suite extension. The Devon has 3,312 square feet of living space expertly laid out to marry formal and informal living space. Thanks to the open floor plan, you can easily entertain and spend time as a family on the main floor. If you are looking for a little more space, The Devon II comes with many different extensions and expands your living space to 3,600 square feet.

The Yorkshire -3,517 square feet
