With his 50-year family history in the building industry and over 15 years ofpersonal experience, Cary is unrivaled in his technical knowledge of all aspects of the trade. His hands-on approach keeps him in the field on job sites to ensure excellence. He has nurtured mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and real estate agents enabling Viking to consistently obtain premiere lots, acquire new land development projects, and deliver a top quality product. Vince Coleianne, founder and Vice President of finance and accounting duties, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola College and a Masters degree from the University of Maryland. His experience with the construction and real estate industries spans 40 years and encompasses Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, and Frederick counties. Today, in addition to assuming all finance and accounting, Vince heads Viking’s remodeling division with unsurpassed attention-to-detail and focus on customer communication and satisfaction. Years ago, he established Viking’s trademarks of “quality and experience” and continues to guide the organization in its focus and dedication to both. Lisa Cumberland, Marketing & Communications Manager, graduated from Loyola College with a degree in Communications and later obtained a Masters in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. Her professional experience includes 15 years in the corporate arena, with expertise in communications, marketing and customer service. Lisa contributes a great deal of enthusiasm for the industry and a strong background in customer relations.
